Each month of the school year, the Clinton High School Senior Class selects one of their peers as the Clinton Rotary Student of the Month. The students and their parents are honored at a weekly Rotary meeting. Each May, the Foundation awards a four-year Scholarship to one of the nine Clinton High School Senior Students of the Month. These students are evaluated on their academic achievement, extracurricular activities, and community involvement. The scholarship award, currently $2500/yr. for four years ($10,000), is presented at Clinton High School’s Honors Night Program. The student must maintain academic excellence to remain eligible for the scholarship. We are continuously looking for financial support of the Scholarship Foundation. Sponsorship is not limited to businesses, but includes events, individuals, families, memorial messages, or in honor of an individual or loved one. For a donation of $100, we will: display a professionally produced sign at our annual Golf tournament “The Clinton Classic”, send the contributor a framed picture of the sign, place their name on the tournament sponsors board at the tournament, and publicly thank them in the Clinton Local. Community support of this project will allow us to continue assisting Clinton High School students to further their education. Donations of any amount are appreciated. All donations are tax deductible and should be made payable to the “Clinton Rotary Scholarship Foundation” and mailed to: Clinton Rotary Foundation, PO Box 691, Clinton MI 49236.
